Did your installation work without intervention when installed, or did you have to add correct drivers or have used ones that are not correct but available to theand if so which drivers and how.
I just don't see how it could work based on my experiences unless you have managed to add drivers. Perhaps you would be good enough to show me some screenshots of the Virtualbox version, Virtualbox Virtual Machine Setup, and the Device Manager Properties for the Network interface, as well as any information on how you got it running.
I really don't understand how other people can have working VM instances if Microsoft did not include appropriate drivers. I cannot as yet find any useful information on the internet to resolve this. If you have any other information which might help me, please feel free to volunteer it. I am relying on you and the community to help me resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Though I have found drivers for most other Virtualbox Virtual Hardware - Video, KB, Mouse, I have not found evidence of a set of network drivers in this package. My VM Network Configuration is identical to yours. As I had previously stated since there is no evidence in my copy of of support for the Virtual Network Adapters, I have installed a clean copy of into the VM. x or earlier Win10 releases and support for hardware has been carried forward.
I am attempting to test this theory but have run into a temporary problem as my test instance of Win7SP1 is refusing to load patches after updating Windows Update, and Windows 10 is refusing to update till Win7 is updated.

loukingjr - I am saying that my W10 instance does not detect the adapter. Attempts to manually install the correct driver from those supplied with Win10 fail because there is no such Driver. This is why I suspect that it may be that it may be necessary attempt to install Win7 Drivers somehow or to upgrade from Win7 to Win10 instead of a clean install.

iso definitely has support for that adapter. I've installed Windows 10 numerous times on 5 different hosts on four different PCs and various versions of VirtualBox.
